All proceeds benefit Camp Courageous in Monticello, Iowa, a year-round recreational and respite care facility with both mental and physical disabilities. Camp Courageous operation with out government assistance, without formal sponsorships, and without paid fundraisers, so everything that’s donated to the camp goes to benefit campers. This year, Camp Courageous will serve over 4,500 campers…can we serve you up some fruitcake?

Camp Courageous Fruitcake:
This cake is so full of the kind of things that make a fruitcake, uh, fruity…! It’s full of pineapple and nuts and raisins and coconuts and green and red cherries and more, but it’s not full of preservatives, so store and slice frozen for best taste! No citron or alcohol is used to make these cakes!
